I started training with Lana 12 weeks ago. I was feeling lost in the gym. What I was doing wasn’t working and I felt completely deflated, bored of my ineffective routine. I wanted to loose weight and feel stronger. Lana has been so supportive and pushes me to progress and achieve my goals. Everything I need for my workouts is set on the App and Lana is always happy to answer any questions. I have lost 16lbs, 50cm across my body and constantly gaining strength. I look forward to our training sessions each week and always come away feel amazing and positive. I’m so excited to see where the rest of journey goes with Lana. I had no idea how much I would love lifting weights.

I'm a certified Level 3 Personal Trainer, Kettlebell, Combat and Boxercise Instructor, Small Group Training and Pre and Post Natal PT.
I am based in Bracknell, at the Leisure Centre Gym and The Fit Box a private gym with no membership requirement.

I have contacted Lana to help me with getting back confidence to exercise in the gym after a major operation. My goal was to get fit again, tone my body and lose some weight.
