
I have trained with Lana for the past 12 weeks and have lost 15 1/2 pounds. My body is significantly more toned and I have dropped from a size 12 to a 10 (almost an 8!).
When I first began my sessions I was completely out of shape but Lana was so encouraging and helped me to persevere. I also recently booked in my first face to face session with Lana. It was great to be in the gym with her and fully take advantage of her positive attitude and with her support I was able to give even more in my workout. I now feel amazing and can’t wait for the next session each week and it’s all thanks to her guidance.

I have trained with Lana for 3 years. My initial goals were to get strong and improve my core strength, I reached my goals in very little time and I have never looked back. Lana then created my body composition program; the results were amazing I shredded to reveal my six pack, bigger chest and all over improved strength. Under her instruction I deadlifted my own body weight something I didn't think was possible, Bicep curled 30kg, and hold a 3 minute plank.

She manages to share her enthusiasm for helping others achieve their goals with her innate ability to motivate individuals and groups alike. The course is geared towards toning and increasing overall fitness in a social and inclusive environment whilst Lana actively encourages participants to share knowledge on nutrition, problem areas and anything else people wish to share! If you want results along with a social environment then this class is a must for you.
